RV Solutions, Inc. is staffed by experienced RV professionals: Matt Leffingwell, General Manager, has been in the industry for 12 years, starting in the finance department and moving through sales management and finally to top management. Originally from Tucson, Matt and his wife have made San Diego their home for the past 12 years. Martin Springfield, General Sales Manager, has over a decade of experience in the RV industry, as well as an extensive background in sales and business ownership in the auto and other industry. Originally from Indiana, Martin and his family have been in San Diego for the past 25 years. Maria Filipponi, Office Manager, has handled DMV and back office operations in RV dealerships for over 20 years! A San Diego native, she and her husband enjoy motorcycle riding throughout Southern California and the Arizona desert. Another 20 year veteran is Lori Thompson, Finance Manager. Having worked throughout the Southwest, Lori has an outstanding relationship with the major lenders in RV finance to help our customers enjoy the best rates available. Patrick Mallon, Service Manager, brings over 20 years experience in both Parts and Service and management duties. Cory Foster, Sales Manager, and John Fuller, Derrick Erquiaga, Andres Buitrago, Ed Graves, Tom Scheulen and Ray Wilson round out our sales staff. Gaila Serrano is the friendly voice that answers our phones and the friendly face that will greet you at the door when you come visit.
RV Solutions, Inc. is owned by a local family. Tom Fetter is a native San Diegan with interests in retail gasoline businesses, car washes, and convenience stores, and has extensive past experience in the recreational marine business. The Fetter family owns over seven acres of land used by our dealership and the Shell gas station on the corner at Convoy St., which they also own and operate.
